Press Plate Manufacturing
We manufacture the high-precision press plates that are essential for forming electronic substrates.
Using SUS301 and SUS630H materials developed jointly with Nippon Yakin Kogyo Co., Ltd.,
we combine their residual stress relief treatment with our own precision polishing techniques and internal stress relief process
to produce high-quality plates that do not distort even under repeated heating and cooling.
CCL (Copper Clad Laminate)
Used for forming paper-phenolic resin and glass epoxy resin copper-clad laminates
PCB (Printed Circuit Board)
High-precision press plates ideal for manufacturing multilayer high-density printed circuit boards
